These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Sayhun.com, operated by Sayhun Group Bottlers. By visiting or using the Site, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility & Use

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to form contracts to use this Site. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Products & Services

Sayhun produces and exports bottled water, soft drinks, and related beverages. All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

3. Orders, Payments & Shipping

When you place an order, you represent that all information provided is accurate and complete. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Shipping terms, delivery times, customs duties, taxes, and import regulations vary by destination and are the buyer’s responsibility unless mutually agreed in writing.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and code—is owned by or licensed to Sayhun and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

5. User Content

If you submit any feedback, comments, or other material, you grant Sayhun a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content for any purpose. You confirm that your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights.

6. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to external websites. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content or practices of these third-party sites. Access them at your own risk.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties—express or implied—regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sayhun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any products purchased through it, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the six months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sayhun, our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Tashkent. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on the Site. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site, without notice or liability, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sayhun regarding the Site and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
